Introduction

In October 2008 the multi talented Kerry Katona appeared on a live episode of ITV's This Morning. Although accused of being drunk due to her slurred speech, this was due to the antipsychotic Chlorpromazine which she was taking. When asked by Fern Britton whether her drug addiction had been replaced by an alcohol addiction, Katona dismissed the claims. Two weeks later she admitted to The People newspaper that she was an alcoholic.

While completely sober ahead of her performance on ITV's This Morning with Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield, universally acclaimed writer, magazine columnist, entertainer, television presenter, philosopher, mother of four and former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona opens her heart to LBUG.tv and sets the record straight.

To correct the unfair image the public has of her she would like to state that she most definitely did not leave school at age 16 to become a stripper, nude photographs of her did not appear in UK tabloid newspaper The Sunday Sport and she was not married to Westlife star Brian McFadden. When she and McFadden did not split up she certainly did not experience a period of depression and drug abuse or go into rehab.

The 2004 winner of reality TV show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! And Celebrity Mum of the Year 2002 and 2005 does reluctantly admit appearing on and presenting Britain's Sexiest..., Loose Women, My Fair Kerry and Elimidate. She also appeared as a judge on the RTÉ talent show You're A Star, which was used to select Ireland's entry to the Eurovision Song Contest, but is very sorry about it.

She is also not bi-polar, did not smoke throughout her four pregnancies, nor was she declared bankrupt at the High Court in London after failing to pay a tax bill.

2007 was not a good year for Kerry Katona, as well as being robbed at her home, she was “victimised” by the public who voted her second worst celebrity mother and most irritating individual in Britain.

With her usual impeccable judgement, in August 2008, the sexy star checked into a private clinic in London to have cosmetic surgery including liposuction, laser treatment on her stretch marks, and a breast reduction from 34GG to 34DD. The procedures were filmed and footage will be featured on her forthcoming MTV reality show Whole Again.
